Puppet Camp overcame its kinky name to open for such national acts as the Old 97s and Jupiter Coyote. Originally comprised of Vickie Woodworth (acoustic guitar, vocals), Rick Reid (drummer), Michael Conway (electric guitar) and Steve. Iit later added violinist Laurie Dunklee who, with Ken Lutes, also supplied backup vocal.
